Nature's Spot is committed to making our website and our store experience accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and we review the site against them on an ongoing basis.

What we provide on this site

  • An accessibility panel on every page (the round button in the corner) with larger text sizes, high contrast, reduced motion, a readable font, underlined links, and increased text spacing — your choices are remembered between visits.
  • Full keyboard operability, visible focus indicators, and a skip-to-content link.
  • Pop-ups and the age check hold keyboard focus while open, close with Escape, and hand focus back when they close.
  • Semantic headings, labeled controls, and alt text for meaningful images.
  • Text and controls that meet WCAG AA color contrast.
  • Pages that reflow on screens as narrow as 320 pixels.
  • Automatic respect for your device's "reduce motion" setting across all animations.

How we check

We test every public page against WCAG 2.2 Level AA. We use automated tools on desktop and phone screen sizes. We also test by keyboard, by hand. Issues we find get fixed and logged. Our last full audit was in October 2026.

Third-party content

Our online ordering menu and map embeds come from outside providers. We don't control their code. If any of it gets in your way, call us. We'll take your order by phone.
